This is an appeal from dismissal of a complaint alleging intentional infliction of mental and emotional distress by two State Compensation Fund employees in conspiring to terminate improperly appellants workmens compensation benefits. We affirm. The court lacked jurisdiction to review the termination of benefits, and the complaint failed to state a claim for intentional infliction of mental and emotional distress upon which relief could be granted.
