The trial court, sitting without a jury, found in favor of INA against Wylie. The trial court also entered judgment against Mountain States requiring it to indemnify Wylie for the award to INA, and further awarded Wylie costs and attorney fees. From that judgment Mountain States appeals. Wylie cross-appeals, maintaining that the trial court erred in failing to find that Wylie was provided coverage under INAs policy with Jones. We reverse.
